Ceropegia Woodii 'Chain Of Hearts'

Tiny heart-shaped leaves strung along fine trailing vines like a living necklace. This one’s all about soft, cascading charm. Light, airy, and easy-going, she’s perfect for shelves or hanging pots where she can spill over and do her thing. Sweet, subtle, and seriously addictive once she gets going.
